Mike serves as underwriter鈥檚 counsel, bond counsel, borrower鈥檚 counsel and purchaser鈥檚 counsel on all types of municipal bond financings, including financings for charter schools, student housing, workforce housing, independent schools and other 501(c)(3) organizations, as well as for California municipal issuers.
Mike focuses his work on conduit revenue bond financings for nonprofit organizations such as charter schools and private schools, cultural centers, higher education i91短视频app and hospitals; project financings; and student housing and workforce housing projects. Mike has been involved in financings in over 15 states and Washington, D.C. He has also advised public entities and lenders on transportation, infrastructure and energy P3 projects.
